I am getting married in a few months, so I thought why not give a Brazilian wax a try?
I found Pure Aesthetics through Living Social. I called to make an appointment, but had to leave a message. No big deal though, because soon after I got a call back to schedule. We scheduled for two weeks out.
Fast forward two weeks, and here comes an ice storm in Charlotte, so Nikkie contacted me via EMAIL and asked if I wished to reschedule. Her shop is a bit of a hike for me even though she is now located in Charlotte, so we rescheduled for Saturday at 1pm via EMAIL. Saturday rolls around and I am so excited. I drive up to the shop, which is a bit of a challenge to find, but I found it and still arrived early, as I was told to, and sat and waited. And waited. and waited...
She is located in one of those "salon mall" things. So several other shop owners saw me waiting and asked if I needed anything. Nope... Nothing. So I called Nikkie. No answer. Called again a few minutes later, no answer. Waited. Called. Waited. Called.... I am sure you are getting the point.
I left after waiting 35 minutes. 12:45 - 1:20. I called and FINALLY got an answer. Well Nikkie did not write down my appointment in her "book". That is incredibly interesting since we booked over EMAIL. She was not apologetic at all. She did not offer to rush over to the shop and have my appointment, and she did not reach out to me and apologize after.
Unprofessional, unorganized and not getting my business.
