The FIVE STARS is for the last day of Fresh and easy, and my last day going to the store in Sun City Summerlin,Las Vegas. There were some things about F&E that I did not like. Early in my experience one store was very messy, But they tried hard to give good service and excellent food, especially in the produce section. I remember going there with my family and spending not much more than $10 and coupons for a Thanksgiving dinner.
According to news reports ALL Fresh and Easy stores were closed down by the UK parent company. I wish they had been more successful in this niche market of small, neighborhood stores, but the competition was too much for them. Now, I will have to go back to Albertsons all the time. Fortunately, F & E was not my main store to buy groceries.
