My how three years have changed - figured I should update my review since I'm baaaaaaack. I shopped around and now I'm back at Carmen Carmen. It's been 6 months or so. I'm updating a five star with another five star b/c I want to make sure my stylist Nadine gets a shout out. She's fabulous. I still love Meredith, but luck of the draw had me with Nadine when I came back. She can do fun and funky (She did purple hair for me) and chic and classy (I'm now rocking a light brown caramel shade). I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have in the last 6 months. Period point blank. Go check these ladies out. Tracy the manicurist also does a fabulous pedicure. Only one general comment/ opportunity for improvement, since I've been back the salon hasn't been updated...not at all..in three years. For the price point I also think it could be cleaner. It's not dirty by any means, but I'm paying a lot. More for color then I did at Valeria (also a good choice by the way - see my review there) - and when I'm dropping 2 hundo plus on my color service alone I expect lux. And it's not. Just a observation.
