Lived here for over a year. Inside the units are nice. I've never taken advantage of the breakfast they provide M-F because it starts at 7am, I leave for work before that. Prior to signing the lease I asked multiple times if my unit would have a balcony, & was assured it would. Move in day came & there is no balcony in my unit. Two weeks after moving in, my neighbors revealed they had bedbugs & the office forced me to pay over $500 (& I had to re-pack everything in the apartment) to have Liberty Pest Control spray for bedbugs. They came 5x which meant I had to re-pack once a week for over a month. Every apartment is equipped with NON SLAM DOORS. 8/10 neighbors SLAM their doors which SHAKES the ENTIRE BULIDING. You can hear children screaming & couples doing it when they're inside their units.The complex has a constant stench of cigarettes & dog feces. Grounds are covered with broken beer bottles, dead mice & dead birds. Week nights around 2am you can enjoy the sound of belligerent drunks parading around waking those of us who have to be up in 3 hours. Don't let the high rent & well kept interior appearance (very cheap materials) fool you; this is not a luxury complex.
