Just as I thought this place could not get worse .... After dealing with the worst customer service and lack of knowledge from their staff, I thought I would never have to worry about this place again. I had my dogs go here to get a Lepto vaccination which not all vets administer in Las Vegas. The paperwork they gave me was not the correct one that the USDA needed to approve their travel. The USDA vet was kind enough to call them and request supporting documents for the vaccines. The staff at Pet Medical Center simply did not care to do so. The USDA called a total of three times before they finally received the documents they needed. I know that the PMCLV is well aware of the time sensitivity of USDA paperwork and I find this completely disrespectful. My babies lost their initial travel reservation but thankfully everyone else has been extremely kind and helpful. If you care about your pets, take them somewhere where the staff does the same. PMCLV clearly does not.
