I came to Purrfect Auto this morning at 9am for an oil change. I was greeted and helped immediately by Karen up front. I got an oil change for a good price, and my car was taken in instantly. I would recommend this place if you need an oil change. I want to explain a situation that happened when I was here: A man walked in and interrupted our service conversation, asking if they do tire patches. He got in line behind me, then quickly interrupted again, asking how long the wait would be to patch his tire. He was told by Karen that they could help him out after they were done handling their customer (myself). She apologized to me. He went outside, where I followed after. He asked a random worker who walked by "How come it's going to take 30 minutes for a 5 minute job?" The worker said "I'm sorry man that's just how long is estimated, it's not my call". The impatient man said "well fine then I'm going to leave you a bad review" and he left. So if you see a nasty review, this is what really happened!!
