The customer service clerk's must not like their jobs. I see them pull my car around after I've been waiting an hour 45 minutes for them to do an oil change, walk up, silently stand behind a lady that was being helped and the bald clerk behind the counter barks at me "I'll be right with you sir when I'm finished with these customers." Then the other clerk who help me in the first place walks in and asks me "MI help you?" like I just walked in. And then in the middle of our transaction the phone rings, he finishes the phone call with them and then resumes helping me. Never went over the stuff they found like needing two filters, etc... Thanks for the jerk treatment Ted Weins!
