Neutral came through for me, AGAIN! I was hit by a car while biking, and another local bike shop did an insulting job of quoting my replacement value as $25!?! But then I went to Neutral and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful in actually doing the work to assess the value (doing online research for parts, etc.) and I ended up with the far more accurate quote of $650. They did a stellar job, my claim is processed, and now I will 100% go back to them to get my replacement bike. Along the way, the staff was friendly and informative (without being insulting- some bike places treat women like they don't know anything) and empathized with the fact that I'd lost the bike I'd been using for the last 15 years, where the other shop was almost as callous as the insurance adjuster.
