I honestly don't understand why this store 4/5 star rating. I walked in, and walked around for 40 min before getting a fitting room. I tried a t-shirt that was marked as $25. I asked for a different size, when the store manager, Charlene, told me it was ticketed wrong. She told me it was $45, and tried to remove the price tag. I told her, according to the Canadian ticketing law, she has to honour that price. She told me I was wrong and insisted I buy the item. I walked out furious. I walked back in to get her name, she refused to give it to me. I asked another associate and she refused as well. I ended up calling another location to get the managers name. I work customer service myself, and I think it's super important to treat your customers with respect. I think that something should be done with this.
