The Holiday Inn is about 5 months new and my stay was fantastic! The whole hotel is modern and stylish and the staff was very friendly. The location was great too since I was there for a Leafs/Habs game at the Bell Center.
I really liked my room. It was clean and spacious and came with a complimentary Keurig. The hotel also has a pillow menu if you want a different pillow and also has complimentary toiletries if you forgot something!
During my stay, I had a problem with the hot water in my room. The response I received was fantastic! They had someone up to my room immediately to fix it.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! If I ever find myself in downtown Montreal I'll definitely be coming back!
