The first time I used them I thought they were amazing! This time not so much. First of all, I was pleased to see they showed up a little earlier then expected & with an extra female, however it still took just as long to clean my house AND they attempted to charge me more although I had been told I would be paying my previous rate! Also when I went to check my master bath before paying (thankfully!) It appeared they didn't even both with trying to clean my shower door or the wall! I recently had work done in my house so master shower was especially dirty and they didn't even bother cleaning it until I had gone back upstairs and said um what about my master shower! Nope not using them again, too bad too since I was so happy the first time. I am not even sure what the 5th lady did aside from wiping down the staircase, maybe she was in training, but don't quote me one price and try to charge me a higher price, especially when you half-a** the job in the first place!
