I love this place! This is such a great concept. I love the fact that you can customize your sushi and the FUKU chips are a must have. I think I've found my new addiction. It doesn't matter whether this place is authentic Japanese sushi or not. The fact is this place is clean, fresh and produces good quality food for your money. I've been in multiple times and I have yet to be disappointed. Plus, it's kind of fun designing/customizing a different kind of sushi each time I go in.
