Unbelievable, couldn't even prepare a press of coffee. First they did not even know they actually sold coffee presses ready to serve? They tried to sell us a bag of French roast and then tried to ring it up as 8 tall cups at ~$2 each until realizing their Point of Sale system had an 8-cup press option for ~$5 to ring up. Four people working and not one knew how to prepare a simple 8 cup French press of coffee?! They explained that they were "not trained" on how to prepare one and were calling a manager to make sure they would prepare it right. What??? How does grinding 8-10 tablespoons of beans with 'press' as a preset mode on the actual grinder, adding hot water to the top of the black part of the press, setting a timer for 4 minutes, and pressing down require official training???? The instructions are on the French presses conveniently placed for sale while one is waiting in line... Train your baristas to make simple coffee, er THINK rather, before teaching them to concoct "handcrafted beverage" junk.
