The staff member was rude. She complained about having a migraine all day to someone in front of me that she may have known. She didn't want to talk to customers so she was making them enter their phone number themselves instead of offering to do it for them so she didn't have to talk to anyone. I was more of an inconvenience than a paying customer and someone that should have received excellent customer service. I will likely go back to your competitor, Market Street Pet Depot than return to a Petsmart. I'm surprised this location scored 3 stars on yelp but I can guarantee that I will be leaving less than that when I drop my comments. You should note on Yelp, you already have rude customer service comments.
