Kyle also has a large team supporting in all aspects, all his staff I interacted with is super sweet and helpful. Even with that, I can still always reach Kyle directly and get his response usually within minutes. I don't know how he does it!
I also love the tools they provide that made everything a lot easier for me. I can sign docs within a minute on my cell phone no matter where I am. Their management portal is very easy to use and keeps track of all items. They are very professional and techie with formal process and documentation.
After working with Kyle for so long on all kinds of different issues, the most important thing about Kyle is trust, I can fully trust him on handling my properties, I know he is there for me, taking care of everything for me, and watching out for me, he always does a superb job every time! He is not the cheapest in town, but the quality of service he provides is worth every penny of it. Because of him, I can sleep well every night without worrying about anything regarding those properties. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Kyle for real estate in Las Vegas. He knows the area and the market inside out and is a very trustworthy agent to work with.
