Can this restaurant be more grossly overrated? Whenever I'm in Vegas, I try to reserve one meal for steak. FOOD: When the potato puree is the best item on the table...that really says a lot. The 24-oz bone-in ribeye must come from a low quality supplier. There were at least four rib-eyes at our table and the cook was inconsistent. The meat was very chewy and flavorless. They give you a nice portion of the $20 fois gras but it was just okay. The "mushroom" comes out as a fritter and was completely bland. The brussel sprouts were overcooked. A couple of us ordered the wagyu but overall we were very disappointed! SERVICE: It took almost 15-20 minutes after we sat down just to get a menu. Our waiter barely came by the table the entire night. He also did not offer us a tap water option. So unless you want to spend $9 a bottle on their "fancy" still water, let your waiter know you are fine with tap. I recommend SW, CUT or even Craftsteak if you need your steak fix.
