Love this facility, at one point I was coming once a month, but the front desk is just never helpful. It's been a while since I have visited the facility and today I was so excited to come back. I stood in line for over 5 mins while only one person was checking in a guest and 3 others were standing talking. I finally get asked have you been helped. Which clearly I have been standing in line behind the one and only guest that was being helped. This isn't the first time I have experienced rudeness or lack of customer service at the front desk. That is why I feel compelled to write a review at this point.
So all I am saying is...don't have high expectations for the front desk. Back of the house is amazing, from the ladies cleaning up to the therapist.
