Completely disappointed in this place. Be going for years. Bought 2 bottles of wine yesterday and one of the bottles opened in my car. I called talked to a man he told me to bring it to get another bottle. I drove to the one by my house the one I called the guy at the register does not know what to do I have to stand there wait for a manager to come. She comes she tells me she doesn't know what to do she's new. I have to wait for her to call yet another person. She comes back says there's nothing they can do. This wouldn't have been an issue if this was told to me over the phone I waste my time and gas driving over there. Waste my time waiting for them for nothing. Maybe they should pay for my seat to be cleaned then.. To bad for them everything I buy the I can get else where
