I go to this restaurant all the time, so I'm not sure why it took so long to write this review. Anyway, there is no better deep dish pizza in Las Vegas. My wife and I always get the Hawaiian and it never disappoints. Note: this pizza isn't for health nuts, so if you're on a diet I would avoid it. The 9" is the perfect size for two and, though it looks small, it will fill you up. Chicago Brewing also has excellent beer, with 4-5 standards that they serve all year and some wonderful seasonals. Last night, I tried the Fauxlanders Red (a sour) and it was outstanding. For a casual night out with the family or a friend, this is the perfect spot. Staff is friendly but not suffocating and they have a nice small patio out back. You can fill up your growlers here too.
