What a great experience. I shopped around for weeks to have a water softener loop installed. I called multiple plumbers and not one could come close to the quote I received from Nick. The loop install price alone was three times Nicks quote. I have found it very difficult to find a good company that will provide great product at a fair price until I found Nick. I also had them install a New Krystal Pure RO. I am very pleased with the great tasting water it provides.
The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job installing the loop, softener and RO.
Wow what a difference it has made already. So nice to get rid of our hard water.
I was very impressed with Nick and the customer service he provided. He gave me an emailed quote for the work I wanted. He quickly answered my texts and phone calls and followed up after the installation to make sure I was pleased with the work. Nick Nichols really knows how to take great care of his customers.
