We just came from a horrible experience at another car rental place and we probably should have just came here first. Stephanie was wonderful!!! Honestly a breath of fresh air. She took care of us in under 5 minutes and always kept a smile on her face. I would have to say she saved the day for us and made us forget about the horrible experience we had come from less than 30 min ago. We will definitely be renting from enterprise again.
