True to his word, Adam called to confirm 30 min before he arrived and showed up with a smile right on time! He explained everything thoroughly and the new lock was on and working in under 10 minutes. I was able to continue using my existing keys, which was a plus as well. Adam was so polite and professional, I was immediately put at ease.
