We had to have a furnace repair the day after Christmas. Top Notch came out. Was there a few minutes, stated they had to get a part, left and returned next day to make a $320 repair. Due to the fact I was at work I paid with credit card over the phone and was told invoice showing work done would be sent in mail. Weeks went by and we called to follow up. We were then told to call again after 4/15/17. It's now 5/17/17 and we were just told they "lost it". This went from an ok experience to a we been ripped off experience. Not to mention they scraped off the old furnace installation phone number and put their sticker on it.
