This was my second time in this store. I was here when it first opened and was put off by the unprofessional attitude of the staff. I was in the area yesterday, out of dog food, and decided to give them another chance. Nothing has changed. There were two employees that I saw who appeared to be just chatting with each other. Neither welcomed me or asked if I needed assistance. I finally located what I wanted and hauled the large bag up to the register. One of the staff finally wandered up and just began ringing the item up although he couldn't even do that well. Never asked me if I found everything, needed help or even spoke to me. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept in this store. I will not be back but I don't think anyone would even care.
