A couple of years ago, I would have given this place a much higher rating. Recently, my husband and I visited Katz's for a late lunch. There were only 2 other people in the place and one waiter, yet the service was terrible. He didn't know anything about the menu and despite being told on the phone that they had what we were coming for, they were out of it when we arrived an hour later. Portions are large, but otherwise not impressive.
