We went here for brunch on a Saturday morning. It was packed, and we barely got a table, even after waiting for a few minutes even after our food/coffee was ready. It seems a lot of people sit for hours after finishing their food/coffee, and despite announcements made out loud, they don't get up from their tables. This is counter service, with a small kitchen window where you pick up your coffee and food, and then find a table to sit. It's self bus at the end, but the dining areas are scattered throughout the house. Still, the food was good, as was the coffee, and the ambiance was unique, so I'm sure we'll go back - probably at a less busy time.
