I happened upon Mayfield Collision because they were recommended by Swedish Solutions (Swedish Solutions does not do body work). My experience with Mayfield Collision was excellent. Car repairs in general are a huge bummer, but working with Mayfield Collision made it as painless as possible. They dealt with the insurance companies, arranged for my rental car, called the rental company to come pick up my car. Basically all I had to do was drop off and pick up my car.
They were very prompt and accommodating about getting my car in for body work. You can log onto their website to check the status of your car (I never did) because they were so great about calling every few/several days to give me updates. They offer lifetime guarantee of their work. Everyone was very pleasant in person, on the phone, basically every interaction that I had with any of the staff. Hopefully I won't need any more body work, but if I ever do, Mayfield Collision is now the only shop I would consider going to.
As for the body work itself, beautiful and pristine.
