We found the office staff at San Croix to be very friendly and responsive. Casey was so kind when our doggie became sick and the hug she gave us was priceless! Jessica is high energy and has great customer service skills. The manager handled the couple of issues we had very professionally. And Darren was always quick to help when we had a question.
The maintenance staff members were excellent. They would come the same day or next day and always handled the work order correctly and with a good attitude. Can't ask for more than that right?
Most importantly, when we moved out, San Croix refunded our deposit fairly and appropriately.
To keep the review honest I would say that it is important to document everything! Ovation Property Management is very strict with their endless paperwork requirements.
All in all, an excellent place to live. Thank you San Croix for a very pleasant stay.
