I had bought a radio online to replace my factory one. I had it installed elsewhere that I don't think did a great job, and after it started having problems I took it to a mechanic my friend recommended, and they directed me to this audio express.
I brought my car in and told them the issues I was having, handed them the keys, and came back a half hour later to pick it up. I found out then they were not able to fix it whatsoever, all they had done was put in the proper dash kit so there was no gap (costs ~$14) and disconnected the radio as it didn't work.
For this, they charged me around $150. They stated they would be happy to install a new stereo if I bought one from them though. As if.
Only go here if you enjoy having a business overcharge you and feeling like you have been gouged of all you're worth.
