THIS IS NOT A BARBER SHOP! What this is is a re-branded Supercuts/Great Clips. For those who know the difference, it's an important distinction. I did get a decent haircut, but the shave was done with a disposable razor and took FOREVER. The chairs are not barber chairs, but cheap hair salon chairs that recline. And the hot towel service is lack-luster (they bring them from a back room and leave them on you until they're cold, I don't think they know what they're doing).
If you've never been to a real barber shop then you'll likely be fine with this. But if you have and you know the difference, this is absolutely not it. Go to V's or Gentleman Joe's.
