One of the managers called me today because of my Yelp review and offered to send someone out to rectify the problem. I appreciate their effort when Chris the person that was here the first time told me no guarantees. I will amend the stars after their revisit. CJ came out and thoroughly cleaned the chairs again. They are not dry yet, but already look better. I rec'd a follow up call wanting to make sure I was satisfied and offered to send someone out again should I feel the need.
