I went last week to get 4 pages faxed two of them needed to be front and back for my home morgage loan. The man at the counter grabed my paperwork out of my hand and emediatly took them to photo copier. Then charged me double for the copies. I could have done that myself. Then I did recieve a confirmation page. But I received an email from my loan officer that the fax came threw unreadable. I went back for my refund and the man refused. 6.55 for four pages and had to go somewhere else to get this done. Now he tells me I have to hunt the owner down. STAY AWAY from this UPS store.
