I came here and was sent away. I have been researching Prius c for a week now. I'm super into them. I came here today to look in it. Photos on the internet and videos on YouTube only get you so far. I wanted to get into a car and see the space and touch the wheel to see if it was for me. I wanted to maybe test drive one. I told this guy who was just waiting out front with another worker that I was interested in seeing inside. I specifically said "Prius C" and he asked what I was using it for. I told him that I want to drive it around and he told me that it's too small and not good for road trips or uber. I told him I like a compact car, and he told me to do more research and come back to him personally. I told him that I have looked at a bunch of photos on the internet but it doesn't do anything if I can't (at which point he cut me off and finished the thought). He was being lazy and could tell I wanted to look at cars and not buy. He was unhelpful and may have been racist since I didn't look like him and talk like him. I threw his card out the window as I drove off. He was incredibly disrespectful and my response was a metaphorical spit in the face. I'm so disgusted. So I called the number given to me by the Custer service bot and it was just the general line for this dealership. I asked for the general manager and was told it was Nick Deleesy, at which point I asked to speak with him. Then I got a 45 second pause before I was transferred to a voicemail. I didn't have expectations after how everything went down, but this is my update:/
