It's not a 1-star review because they didn't cause any long-term damage or real physical pain. But that said, my experience here was not good. To get to the point, they installed a crown/cap on top of a rooted tooth, but it didn't fit right. It hung over the edge a bit. Eventually, the tooth cracked, a year before the warranty ran out. Here's the thing. They were sketchy about honoring the warranty b/c they required me to come in and have it inspected every six months. They never told me that, and the paper I signed doesn't say that, either. Rather than argue with them, I just went to my regular dentist.
In addition to this, when I first had the problem with this tooth, I asked them for a cleaning/exam, and they just ignored me and focused on the high-cost root canal.
Skip these guys, there are plenty of great dentists here in Gilbert.
