I have been shopping at Targets in Southern California and Las Vegas areas for 30+ years. I normally really like them all. For the first time, well this is actually the second time in two weeks that I have over heard a team meeting. Now it's been late in the evening both times, within an hour or so of closing. For instance tonight it was @ 9:45 pm or so, and this particular manager or whatever her title, was speaking so load and so rudely to her staff I was disgusted! She was belittling her staff. I was so uncomfortable and mad at the same time. I want to know who allows this. It's bad enough these minimum wage workers have to listen to her put them down but to do in front of the customers is appalling. I will not be back to this Target. I will go to the Boca Park location from now on. SHE needs to be demoted. She sounded like a commander.
