I will not mince words. This post office SUCKS!
I needed to mail something. I figured that I could get my box, go to the self service kiosk, put my info in (medium sized flat rate box....flat rate, no matter how much it weighs up to 70 lbs) and be on my way. NOPE. The self serve kiosk says that I cannot mail that type of package there and that I had to "see an associate". Well, now I am in line behind 30 other people. 2, yes 2 USPS employees working the line. Took 45 minutes to mail a package that I should have been able to do on my own. Once I got up to the counter, the lady was nice, but fuck all this noise.....hire some more people! This isn't the first time, either. EVERY time I have been to this post office, it is always an ordeal. Better not have shit to do for about an hour, or bring some water and snacks. It's going to be awhile!
