Had a wax today with Nancy and let me just say, any fears I had of trying a new place closer to home, are now put to rest!-the search is over!
Nikki set up my appointment over the phone and spoke with me as I waited for my Brazilian wax. The conversation from the wait room to the wax room was easy going and very natural. These ladies truly created a reassuring atmosphere with their professionalism alone.
Back to the wax- Nancy was completely attentive and catered to any questions/concerns I had along the way. I have been waxing for 3-4yrs now and I still have questions when trying a new place... This is my sacred flower were talking about here! The set up was welcoming and very sanitary. I had no doubts or concerns throughout my first experience with Nancy. her attention to detail throughout eased my perfectionist itch. It's always nice when you have somebody who takes pride in their work and guest satisfaction.
