Avoid Firestone at all possible costs. I purchased a set of tires from them with the extended warranty. Ever since I left the store I have been having issues with the front left tire showing low air. I keep coming back to Firestone every 2 weeks when the low air indicator comes on and every time they have a new "excuse" on how this is totally normal with weather changes or it just needs to be topped off. Stay away. They will tell you about their national network of shops and customer service excellence but that is nothing more than a thin sales pitch in my opinion. I have had less than a stellar experience with them, needlessly.
