Why go to the dealer when it possible to get better service for less money?
Goody is a great guy, very patient and polite. Kim, Jim and Saul provide excellent customer service. Facility is very nice, bathrooms are immaculate.
The shop correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They showed me and took the time to explain. In the process, they also cleaned up the sloppy work of the previous shop I used to take the car to, where they could not figure out the issue (Star Service in Tempe).
