I was in there today enquiring about shoe dye. To preface my complaint, I've taken my shoes to this place several times in the past, but I won't any longer. This guy has never been overly polite to begin with, always quite abrupt. But he's close to where I live, and work, so it's always been convenient. Today however, he was just simply too rude for me to go back. I was asking him the difference between shoe polish and shoe dye. He answered so rudely and in such a condescending tone, There's shoe polish and there's shoe dye! Yes I realize that, I can read. I'm wondering what the difference is. He answered my question after this, but I found it so unnecessary to be so rude. It was the way he spoke. And the look on his face, like I was some idiot. I've been there several times, he knows me. He didn't need to sound like that. To anyone! I'll go elsewhere from now on.
