I sadly couldn't go lower than one star. I bought a used car from this dealer on 3/2/16, after being referred by my spouse who had leased a VW Passat the previous year. Their referral program is a shame. They, to this date (six months later), still have not  issued a check to my spouse. When I needed to get my used car serviced in August, they refused to let me bring it to them, and made me take it to the manufacturing dealership, Ford. They seemed to not want to lift a finger to help one of their customers, and appeared to get upset that I would ask. When repairs would take longer than anticipated, they refused to assist me with a loaner or rental car. The total repair time was 15 days. During this time, no one from Camelback Volkswagen (where I bought my car) called to check my progress. I guess cash rules everything around you too Camelback Volkswagen. You don't want to be bothered, I got the hint. I won't bother you with any repeat business. I also won't bother you with any customer referrals. JH (deal 293000)
