I just have to give a "Shout-Out" and give credit to (In my opinion) the best Camden legacy maintenance man on the property; "Mario Gurule". When he shows up at my door to do maintenance in my apartment, I get comfortable. Let me explain. First, he's respectable of me and my apartment and it's stuff. 2nd, he's polite and courteous like knocking on the door and wiping his feet when he needs to go in and out of the apartment. 3rd, I'm confident in knowing that he will know what's wrong and how to fix the problem. 4th, he actually fixes the issue without having to come back a second time. 5th, I can trust him in my home. He's honest and has integrity with having a great work ethic.
Personally I think he's under-valued and under-estimated on his talents and as a employee of the property.
