Excited to make my first review about my Zappos Tour experience. From beginning to end everything was great. I scheduled a pick up from my hotel and Jen arrived promptly. The pick up was free and Jen was very insightful about Zappos and downtown Vegas. Upon learning that it was my birthday she informed Ryo and the tour team and they gave me a bunch of cool Zappos swag (read: paper clip holders aka shot glasses)
Ryo our tour guide was really cool. Great personality and knows lots of staff and tons of details about the company. At the conclusion of the 90 minute tour Tiffany gave us a ride to Freemont Street, and a voucher for a free cab ride back to our hotel on the strip.
Great sneak peak into Zappos customer service culture. Something cool and different to do while in Vegas. Everyone we met and everything we saw exemplified why Zappos is so successful!
