Great shoe selection especially in terms of quality brands and when the customer service is good, it's good.
Unfortunately, when it's not good, it's very not good. Upselling without noticing the shoe doesn't actually fit, not listening, sales associate disappearing, won't order shoes to their location etc.
If the sales staff finds me attractive I get treated way better...maybe it'll work for you?
Update: I posted this review shortly before I went to Getoutside to buy some shoes. I think the sales staff have gotten some training or something? The nice young lady who was helping me out seemed to be following some polite script that actually thanked me for waiting (even though she was REALLY quick to return), and apologized if the shoe size was out of stock. This is new and I like the thanking, it makes me feel valued :)
