Caribou is my favorite coffee chain. Unfortunately for me, there are none nearby, so when I need a fix I trek up to Hudson to pay this one a visit. The staff here are super friendly and patient (it always takes me forever to order). The inside is roomy, although not as homey feeling as other Caribous (no fireplace here). It is nice and quiet, though. All-in-all, not much different than any other Caribou Coffee house. If I one day move to Hudson (I wish), I'll probably be here on a daily basis.
