I have dealt with Chuck twice and neither time have I been even remotely
satisfied with the service, very slow getting back, has to be prodded to do
anything, very frustrating as buyers want results and response same day
and some care shown. Doesn't matter what else is going on. I looked at
a Pizza Pasta business he was representing and once again no follow up
and the owner was actually very frustrated and fired him, I have owned and
operated 2 businesses for years and cannot tolerate underperforming
representatives of a business, if you don't have time or the sense of urgency,
delegate to someone who does.
I had a previous experience with another broker with another company and
it was amazing, follow up daily, calls and texts and emails returned within the
hour, he represented the seller and I was the buyer, totally enlightened experience
and fully exceeded any expectation so its up to the broker and the standards
within the organization.
