I bought my step-daughter an iphone 5c for Christmas and she cracked the screen in less than one month. She refused to put on a screen protector because it looked "ugly" so I have been letting her use her phone with a cracked screen for over 6 months now and I think she has learned her lesson.
I contacted 3-4 places asking for a quote and no one ever got back to me. I emailed David from Tempe iPhone Repair at 7 in the morning and he got back to me when the store opened at 10 and informed me I could drop it off and pick it back up within 30 mins. The following day on my lunch I dropped off the phone and went to grab a quick bite, when I returned, the phone was ready for me. I paid $86.48 out the door. Great customer service!
