we just had our bmw 335i serviced and breaks job done at AAR. this was our first time just wanted check there workmanship, price reasonability and customerservice. i must say....
They are not the cheapest and the lowest from the price perspective, but we feel the job they have done is equally great as the dealer would have done. what you do get here however is the genuine transparency by their office staff.
one in particular is there office MGR Nick.
i don't think we would have trusted them to work on our beemer since this was our first time not taking it to the dealer... had we not talked to Nick. He is a fine young man with a great knowledge and excellent customer skills.
so far so good!
