They do okay work, but the customer service is terrible. I had some posters framed there and they wouldn't run a wire across the back to hang it. They said it would warp the frame. I collect movie posters and have had loads of big ones mounted with wires (which make hanging then 1000 times easier) by legit places in town: alternative arts, telegramne, etc. I have never had a problem. I guess Soho knows something these places don't? What happened to the customer being right, as opposed to the customer going home and fucking up his drywall hanging posters off two hooks that are tricky as hell to level?
