You ever goes someplace because your friends told you to go? I'm my case my shoulder was killing me. It hurt to move it, it hurt to hold it still. It even hurt to look at it. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't complete a workout. It was beginning to effect my daily activity. My kids were both multi-letter athletes, from their freshman year to graduation, at Norte Dame Prep. Yes, we were those parents, never miss an event! Do more, do better, be the best you can be, at what ever you do. Back to my shoulder... I'm not a "go to the doctor person," I'm a "go to the hospital cause I'm dying person." The trainers and PT folks at the gym did their best, week in and week out. But no result. I was really at my wits end. It was either go to Mayo or try the sports rehab guys that fixed my kids and kept them performing in state championships year round. So I took the plunge. I met Ethan Banning, a giant football player looking dude, that really knows his stuff. At his right hand was Cole. Ethan rattled off Latin and Cole poked away the notes in his iPad. This went on for 20 minutes. After the assessment, it was time for the initial treatment. I really had no expectations. I was shocked at how well they diagnosed my issue. Their treatment was an electrifying experience to say the least. Ethan measured my abilities on the left and right arms and began a course of treatment. I asked if I could come twice a week until the repair was complete, they agreed. Here we are 8 weeks later. I'm pain free, back at gym, working on all exercises the trainers toss my way. Ethan even corrected all of the exercises the trainers at the gym were doing to cause my injuries in the first place. I plan to see Ethan and his team for maintenance throughout the year. If you hurt, see these guys! They will positively zap you back on track in no time!
